Show your support of the Betty and Jacob Friedman Holistic Garden at Rice University by purchasing an engraved paver to help us make the demonstration gardens in the front of our garden more accessible. Your gift will also help us maintain the garden year-round and allow us to offer programs that create community and introduce people of all ages and physical abilities to the benefits of planting, nurturing, and picking their produce.

You can purchase a 4"x8" paver for $100, an 8x8 block for $200 and a 12"x12" square foot paver for $300. Each paver features uppercase letters in black. Each 4"x8" paver fits a maximum of 3 lines with up to 20 characters per line, including punctuation and spacing; each 8x8 fits a maximum of 6 lines with up to 20 characters per line including punctuation and spacing. Finally our 12"x12" paver fits a maximum of 10 lines with up to 23 characters per line including punctuation and spacing. To save space, we suggest using "&" instead of the word "and." Any additional like abbreviations will also save space.
Pavers will be installed in the front of the garden between the main entrance and the outdoor kitchen. You can purchase a paver anytime to be included in a future installation where they will remain for the lifetime of the garden.
